Anastasia Budinskaya
Investor at NFX
Anastasia Budinskaya is an entrepreneur, operator, and investor on the NFX Bio team. Before joining NFX, Anastasia was a Senior Manager of Operations & Strategy at One Mind Accelerator, where she focused on investing in innovative mental health companies. She also served as a Venture Associate at Gilde Healthcare Partners, where she was part of a small team overseeing the US MedTech investment portfolio. Prior to her transition into venture capital, she was acquihired by GE Healthcare as a Scientific Leader in Neurology. In this role, she designed clinical studies and led technology transfer for the in-licensing of Altropane into GE's Pharmaceutical Diagnostics portfolio from the startup LikeMinds. At LikeMinds, Anastasia led Corporate and Clinical Development under the CEO and CMO and contributed significantly to the out-licensing of Altropane. She holds an M.S. in Bioengineering, Biomechanical Systems and Devices from Tufts University, and a B.S. in Bioengineering from Syracuse University.

Clay Smith
Solutions Engineer at Google
Clay is a self-taught developer and AI enthusiast with 12+ years of experience in the education sector, currently working as a Solutions Engineer for Google supporting K-12 schools. He previously worked for the NYC Department of Education leading the development and implementation of Google tools and educational technology accessibility.


Dalia Tarabay
Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy at IBM
Dalia Tarabay is a global tech strategy and operations leader. She currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy at IBM with a mission to shape and accelerate IBM's Hybrid Cloud and AI strategy. With over 18 years of leadership experience across big tech (at IBM and Google) and management consulting (at Booz & Company) she brings a unique blend of strategic acumen and operational expertise to the table. Dalia is a graduate of Harvard Business School and is passionate about harnessing the power of technology to solve complex challenges and create meaningful impact. She is committed to empowering teams and organizations to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.


David Zuo
Senior Product Manager at Epic Games
David Zuo is a product leader in gaming, currently shaping the future of live services and monetization at Epic Games. With a track record of driving engagement for 100M+ players in Fortnite and leading high-impact initiatives like Kicks and LEGO Fortnite, David specializes in building player-first experiences that align business growth with meaningful engagement. Beyond his industry work, David is a guest lecturer at Imperial College London and University of Cambridge where he shares insights on gamification and product management strategy. Recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree for his contributions to gaming, he is passionate about building engaging, ethical gaming ecosystems that redefine interactive entertainment.


Dev Bala
Visiting Professor at Stanford University and Startup Advisor
Dev Bala is a seasoned product management leader with over 20 years of experience in the tech industry. He has worked at some of the world's largest tech companies, including Microsoft, Google, and Facebook, leading product teams and helping shape tools like Microsoft Outlook and Google Docs. He has also been an entrepreneur, most recently as the Chief Product Officer at Sentropy Technologies – a startup focused on building machine learning platforms to make social media platforms safer - which was ultimately acquired by Discord in 2021. Recently, he was the Vice President of Product Management at Coursera, leading AI product and platform teams to democratize access to education. He is currently teaching product management to MBA students at both Stanford University and MIT Sloan.


Emily Smith
Product Manager II at WHOOP
Emily is a Product Manager II at WHOOP, where she has spent the past 2.5 years building app-based features focused on sleep, fitness, wellness, and behavior change through in-app coaching and guidance. As part of the Core Product team, she works at the intersection of data, software, and human performance to help WHOOP members optimize their health. Before WHOOP, Emily was the second employee at Goodpath, a pre-seed stage telehealth startup focused on integrative care for chronic conditions. Beyond product management, she has been a group fitness instructor for nearly eight years, gaining firsthand experience in behavior change and motivation—insights she frequently brings into her work. Having collaborated with MIT’s PM Lab over the last three years, she is thrilled to now share her perspective on product management and the evolving role of PMs in health and wellness.


Eve Phillips
Managing Vice President, Product Management at Capital One
Eve Phillips is a Managing Vice President of Product Management at Capital One. She leads the Digital Customer Experience team within Capital One’s Enterprise division, focused on delivering compelling and productive end user experiences across web and mobile while delivering on stakeholder business outcomes. Prior to Capital One, Eve spent six years at Google, where most recently she led the ML Frameworks product team (including TensorFlow, Keras and JAX) as a Director of Product Management. Prior to ML Frameworks, Eve led product teams in Google Health and ChromeOS. Before Google, Eve was the co-founder and CEO of Empower Interactive, a digital behavioral health startup, and worked in a variety of operating and technology investing roles including at Microsoft, Trilogy Software and Greylock partners. Eve earned an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and SB and M.Eng degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT. In addition, Eve has been an active member of her community, having been previously elected in her town’s City Council and currently serving on the local TK–8th grade school board. When not working, you will find Eve chasing her four children (ages 8, twins age 5, and 3) or running on local trails.

Gracy Chen
CEO at Bitget
Gracy Chen is the CEO of the cryptocurrency exchange Bitget. Prior to this role, she had 10 years of experience in business management, marketing, and investment, and was an early investor in Bitkeep (currently known as Bitget Wallet), Asia's leading decentralized wallet. Gracy was promoted to the CEO role in May 2024 due to her proven ability and achievements leading Bitget's growth strategies since joining the company in April 2022 as its first Managing Director (MD). Chen is a strong advocate for better diversity in the Web3 space and a delegate of the UN Women CSW conference. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and an MBA degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).


Heena Purohit
Director of AI Startups at Microsoft for Startups
Heena Purohit is the Director of AI startups for Microsoft for Startups, where she focuses on discovering and supporting the world’s most promising Data and AI startups, and helping them succeed by partnering with the Microsoft ecosystem. Previously, she has held several Product Management leadership roles, driving several AI products from 0 to 1 and scale. In her last role, she was incubating a portfolio of GenAI products from concept to MVP and launch as Head of Product for IBM's Corporate Incubator program. Outside work, she is dedicated to promoting gender diversity in AI and building the AI-powered future responsibly.


James Smalls
Senior Interaction Design Lead at IDEO
James is a Senior Interaction Design Lead at IDEO, where he strives to bring delight and thoughtfulness to the interfaces and tools we use every day. With backgrounds in Communication Design, Animation, and Illustration, he has created award-winning interactive experiences for GE Healthcare, The Detroit Institute of Art, Toyota, and others. As an *enthusiast of enthusiasts*, James loves diving deep into the worlds of the people he designs for. He is also passionate about sharing knowledge—introducing middle and high school students to design disciplines and Design Thinking, and teaching Interaction Design and Animation at RISD & MIAD. When not designing, you’ll find James overthinking the presentation of his kids’ dinner plates or spec’ing components for a DIY speaker build. More realistically, he’s probably up too late doomscrolling memes.


Jared Bowns
Head of Data & AI Practice at Elyxor
Jared Bowns is an executive leader in the AI industry with over a decade of experience operating at the intersection of business strategy, product development, and design. As Vice President of Engineering at DataRobot, he played a pivotal role in building the company’s AI platform, scaling it for enterprise adoption while helping to shape the technical and product strategies. Known for blending technical expertise with strategic vision, Jared now leads Elyxor’s Data and AI Practice, guiding organizations on their journey to unlock the promise of AI and address complex challenges with practical, lasting solutions. When he’s not working, Jared enjoys woodworking and spending quality time with his family, embracing the balance between technology and the natural world.


Kaelin Sprawls
GTM at OpenAI
Kaelin Sprawls is a GTM technology professional currently working at OpenAI, collaborating with clients to implement AI strategies through ChatGPT Enterprise and the API. Her career includes roles at Oracle and NS1, a network infrastructure startup acquired by IBM in 2023. She is a UCLA alumna with a background in political science and economics and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.


Karan Sachan
Capital One
A product leader with over a decade of experience spanning seed-stage startups to Fortune 500 tech, specializes in building high-impact products and advising VCs and founders on product-market fit and scaling challenges. An MIT-trained computer engineer and business graduate, he combines technical expertise with strategic vision. Beyond product development, Karan is an avid traveler, hiker, and gardening enthusiast.


Lauri Palmieri
SVP, Solutions Engineering at Salesforce
Lauri leads the team of Solutions Engineers, Technical Architects & Industry Advisors at Salesforce. Their pillars of work include driving growth through Data & AI, using advanced architectures to transform processes, developing and sharing best practices from the industry, launching industry accelerators and expanding the ecosystem of partnerships. Prior to this role Lauri led the Industry Specialists as well as Service Cloud Sales team for Comms and Media at Salesforce, and has a deep history in Technology having led go-to-market teams at IBM Watson, Twilio, SYPartners, The Corporate Executive Board and Honeywell Digital.


Litan Yahav
Co-Founder/CEO at Vyzer
Litan Yahav is the co-founder and CEO of Vyzer, a financial platform designed to help high-net-worth individuals and family offices simplify wealth tracking and access exclusive investment opportunities. A seasoned entrepreneur with a successful exit in 2015, Litan is passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex financial challenges. Luis Armenta

Madison Goldfischer
Associate Vice President - Product Management, Integrated Health Patient Experience at Humana/CenterWell
Madison has a distinguished background in healthcare, specializing in the development of consumer-centered, best-in-class experiences and products for Fortune 50 healthcare companies. He currently serves as Associate Vice President of Product and Patient Experiences at CenterWell, a Humana subsidiary, where he leads the design of care delivery experiences that support older adults across insurance, primary care, home health, and pharmacy services. Previously, Madison held multiple leadership roles at Elevance Health (formerly Anthem), culminating in his position as Head of Product for the Anthem.AI team. There, he spearheaded numerous initiatives driving Elevance’s digital transformation, including the development of early digital engagement solutions (Anthem Engage), interoperable data platforms (Health OS), and virtual care innovations (Hydrogen Health). His expertise lies in leveraging technology and design to enhance patient experiences and improve healthcare accessibility and affordability.


Magnus Snorrason
Founder at Smart Systems Consulting
Magnus delivers solutions for warehouse robotics, autonomous driving/ADAS, and other products requiring computer vision and AI in real-time systems. His current and past clients includ Lineage (world’s largest cold-storage company), General Motors and other car OEM & Tier 1’s, and NASA & DoD. In addition to consulting, he has managed R&D teams, software & hardware products, and entire business divisions in multiple Boston-area tech companies.


Matt Sutton
Staff at Harvard Business School and Startup Advisor
Matt Sutton has spent the past seven years on the Staff of Harvard Business School helping to lead a course on Entrepreneurship. Matt is a Staff Advisor to Harvard Ventures. He is also, a Founding Partner of AI Circle, a "founder first" based community with a deep commitment to supporting Artificial Intelligence entrepreneurs and their organizations. Matt is a Pre-seed investor and strategic advisor to companies such as: Veho, Simplebet which was recently acquired by Draftkings, Betr, Mosaic, Clipr, Tumeryk, Product Genius, Hyperbolic. He is or has served as an Advisor to Kiva.Ai and Piaggio Fast Forward. Matt attended the University of Massachusetts, Amherst where he received his BA. He later attended Columbia Business School where he received his MBA.


Mike Droesch
Partner at Bessemer Venture Partners
Mike Droesch is a partner in the Cambridge office primarily focusing on AI applications, cybersecurity, and supply chain software. He is particularly interested in applications of Voice AI and code gen agents. Previously, Mike worked with a few venture-backed startups in Boston, including two Bessemer portfolio companies, Fuze and InsightSquared. He started his career as a systems engineer and then spent three years in consulting. He holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a Master’s Degree in naval architecture and engineering from the University of Michigan, and a degree in mechanical engineering from Tufts University.


Neeka Mashouf
Co-founder/CEO at Rubi Laboratories
Neeka Mashouf is the co-founder and CEO of Rubi Laboratories, pioneering the next era of manufacturing by converting waste carbon emissions into essential materials via biocatalysis. Her scientific journey began at age 15, when she co-authored her first research paper on artificial photosynthesis at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab, sparking over a decade of research in clean energy materials, polymer chemistry, and computational materials science. She earned dual degrees in Materials Science & Engineering and Business Administration from UC Berkeley, and before founding Rubi, led product teams at Autodesk and Lyft, launching solutions that generated hundreds of millions in revenue. Rubi’s groundbreaking process is first focused on producing cellulose for textiles, avoiding natural resource depletion, deforestation, and CO₂ emissions. Under Neeka’s leadership, Rubi has partnered with global brands like H&M and Walmart, secured over $20 million in venture funding, and earned recognition from Forbes 30 Under 30, TIME’s Top Greentech Companies, Business of Fashion 500, and Fast Company’s World Changing Ideas.

Reut Aharony
Product Manager at Google DeepMind
Reut is a Product Manager at Google DeepMind, Google's leading artificial intelligence research lab, where she leads the development of AI Agents— intelligent systems that show reasoning, planning, and memory. With a background in Industrial Engineering and Management, she brings a data-driven and user-centric approach to building innovative AI products. Throughout her 12+ years at Google, Reut has consistently spearheaded projects that redefine what's possible with AI. Her previous roles included launching ML-based calling features on Pixel phones, as well as analytical roles within Sales, Go-to-Market, and Strategy & Operations teams.


Ross Pringle
SVP & Head of Digital Strategy, Innovation and Change at Citizens Bank
Ross Pringle is Senior Vice President, Head of Commercial Digital Strategy & Innovation at Citizens Bank. Starting his career in Sydney, Australia, he now has three decades of software/internet industry experience, living worldwide and delivering tech solutions on five continents. After 8 years at Citizens, Ross currently oversees a 100+ strong tech and data team delivering a wide range of core system and new digital capabilities across the entire commercial banking client lifecycle. He also invented and holds a number of patents for relationship onboarding and servicing product Citizens Digital Butler®.


Shankar Krishnan
Product Management - AI/ML at AWS
Shankar currently works for Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the AI organization and has launched several 0-1 ML-powered products. He is responsible for building APIs that provide GenAI-powered insights for solutions like conversational assistants, virtual agents, and insights like tonal sentiment and entity detection. Prior to joining AWS, he has 15+ experience in the AI/ML space working for companies like IBM, Red Hat, Aptiv (car safety), and Upserve (AI-powered analytics for SMBs). At IBM, he helped several large Fortune 500 companies to identify new use cases that can be solved through AI/ML and establish a new center of excellence to execute on AI/ML related use cases.


Shira Gershoni
Vice President, Product Management at Hard Rock
Shira Gershoni is a VP Product with 15 years of experience creating impactful products across various industries, including eCommerce, insure-tech, and subscription products. With a background in software engineering, Shira transitioned into product management early in her career and has since developed B2B, B2B2C, and B2C digital products. Currently, as VP Product at Hard Rock, she focuses on shaping omnichannel experiences within the hospitality and entertainment industry, seamlessly blending digital innovation with physical customer interactions to elevate the overall guest experience. Shira leads a team of product directors and data product managers, leveraging personalization, AI, and machine learning to drive transformation in the industry. A passionate advocate for product management and team culture, she mentors product managers at various stages of their careers, helping them thrive and excel. Her leadership emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and delivering user-centric solutions that create lasting business impact.

Siya Raj Purohit is an education leader, author, and investor. She works on Education GTM at OpenAI where she helps universities and school districts adopt ChatGPT. Siya was previously an early employee at Udacity and Springboard, an investor at GSV Ventures, and the founding EdTech/Workforce category lead for AWS Marketplace. She is the author of Engineering America, a book on the country's jobs-skills gap.


Stone Gettings
Head of Growth at Mira
Stone is part of the founding team and head of growth for Mira Network. Prior to Mira, Stone was an investor on the Accel Growth Fund and played professional basketball in Japan and Portugal.


Vipul Potluri
Senior Product Manager at WHOOP
I lead the Product org at WHOOP, overseeing the development of hardware, connectivity platforms, and sensor intelligence systems. Our mission is to empower WHOOP’s goal of unlocking human performance by delivering best-in-class hardware powered by cutting-edge algorithms, seamlessly integrated with our app. I am deeply passionate about creating physical products that blend innovative design with advanced technology to deliver meaningful solutions to real-world needs. With over a decade of experience in the hardware space, I have worked across diverse environments—from large global corporations to early-stage startups. Over the past four years, I’ve focused on SaaS-based hardware products, gaining invaluable expertise in developing solutions that seamlessly integrate hardware and software. I hold Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering, as well as a Master’s in Engineering Management, providing me with a strong technical foundation and a strategic approach to product management and leadership.
